For each class you are required to have clean socks, ideally with a non-slip surface, for safety and hygiene reasons, as well as a medium towel to cover the surface of the Reformer. Towels and special Cover Sets can also be purchased from our Studio.

Cancellations of classes - bookings must be made with a minimum of 2 hours notice via the App. If you cancel within two hours of your booking, it will be considered a “Late Cancellation” and you will be charged €5. This includes changing class times on the same day within 2 hours. This policy helps to avoid empty seats in sessions that could have been filled by other members.

Εάν ένα μέλος δεν παρακολουθήσει ένα μάθημα για το οποίο έχει κάνει κράτηση χωρίς να ακυρώσει, θα χρεωθεί με το τέλος «Μη Εμφάνισης¨ ποσού 5€. Καταλαβαίνουμε ότι στη ζωή πολλά μπορούν να συμβούν, επικοινωνήστε με το Studio μέσω email ή μέσω του site μας στο πεδίο επικοινωνίας αν η απουσία σας οφείλεται σε έκτακτη ανάγκη και θα χαρούμε να σας εξυπηρετήσουμε.

Για να διασφαλίσουμε την ομαλή διεξαγωγή των μαθημάτων μας και από σεβασμό προς τους άλλους είναι απαραίτητο να είστε στην ώρα σας. Εάν δεν είστε παρόντες εντός 10λεπτών από την έναρξη του μαθήματος σας που έχετε κάνει κράτηση, θα χαρακτηριστείτε ως «Μη Εμφανιζόμενοι» και θα χρεωθείτε με 5€. Σε περίπτωση που έχουμε κάποιον επισκέπτη που περιμένει από την λίστα αναμονής η θέση σας θα δοθεί.
Please note that late arrival may result in missing part of the workout, so please enter the room as discreetly as possible. New members should plan to arrive 10 minutes before class to allow time to review the Reformer and the basics of the workout.

A member who has been charged a late cancellation or no-show fee will be notified via SMS on the same day. Payment must be made at the next visit. The Studio reserves the right to deny entry to a class if the member refuses to pay the fee.

You can join the waitlist for any course. Please note that by adding yourself to the waitlist, you are committing to attend the course if a spot becomes available. If you join a course through the waitlist, the “Late Cancellation” and “No Show” fees still apply. If you are unable to attend the course you are on the waitlist for, please be sure to remove yourself from the list. A “no show” fee will apply if you do not attend a course, even if you joined at the last minute.

If there is a space available, you will be automatically notified via email and SMS up to 45 minutes before the start of the class.

All subscriptions and packages are non-refundable. There are no exceptions.

For safety reasons and to ensure a calm atmosphere for our members, minors under 15 years of age are not allowed to attend classes or accompany parents during classes.

To protect the attention, concentration and privacy of all members in the class, we ask that members not videotape during the class, unless you have received prior approval from the coach. Videotaping may be distracting and may inadvertently record others in the background. We fully support the desire to take photos and videos for the purpose of social celebration, but we ask that it be done before or after the class and in a manner that respects the experience and comfort of everyone in the Studio.
